'I made an appointment with Emily because I was struggling to sleep and I was feeling tired and rundown during the day, causing my health to suffer. During our first consultation we talked about my health history and current aspects of my day-to-day lifestyle which highlighted some immediate changes that I could make. Emily then helped me to implement these changes in a manageable way, which didn't make me feel overwhelmed. I feel so much happier with my health and my sleep patterns are starting to improve. I couldn't recommend Emily highly enough.'
